Access to 30-45 minute workouts previously recorded during virtual boot camp classes.
Quick demo of a new 30-45 minute workout released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Workout structure varies daily and may include any of the following: HIIT, TABATAS, strength training (upper/lower body splits or total body focus), core, yoga, cardio and stretching.
No equipment is required! These workouts can be performed in your home or in a local gym setting.
Coach Sarah will lead you through a step-by-step video demonstration as well as provide written instructions of the workout in it's entirety.
Modifications and challenges will be offered for each exercise, and additional methods to perform them using optional equipment may be addressed.
This is not a contract, it is a subscription, and can be started and stopped as desired.
